- A Parallel Earth was visited by the Third Doctor in Inferno, though is possibly destroyed by volcanic eruptions as the Doctor returns to his world. Another, presumably different Parallel Earth (later given the name Pete’s World by The Doctor) was visited by the Tenth Doctor, Rose and Mickey in the episodes “Rise of the Cybermen“, “The Age of Steel“, “Doomsday” and “Journey’s End“. Another parallel Earth called Terra Nova which the Sixth Doctor, Peri and The Rani visited in the story State of Change.
