In an alternate timeline, Allora was on the Inner Council of Gallifrey and part of the mining guild and didn’t like the outsiders’ claim to the area nearer the mine. She also didn’t like Romana’s propositions on the mining rights. At the official banquet, she tried to get Romana to admit that she came from another Gallifrey. She later then tried to kill Leela in an explosion. She paid Valyes to kill Leela and Romana II. (Emancipation)
When The Daleks searched through the Capitol, they found her incarcerated. She wanted them to help her escape in offer for contacts and funds. The Daleks read her files and executed her and her remaining regenerations. (Extermination)
